Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation: Drive the Local Motive Party Bus, ensuring the safety of all passengers while following all traffic regulations.
• Create a Fun Atmosphere: Play lively music and contribute to the fun, party-like energy on the bus.
• Customer Interaction: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, personable manner, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
• Manage Schedules: Keep tours on track, ensuring timely arrivals and departures from various destinations.
• Maintain the Bus: Perform basic pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in excellent working condition. Report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Support Local Businesses: Be an advocate for Colorado Springs by showcasing the best local spots to guests.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid CDL Class B license with passenger endorsement.
• Comfortable and confident transporting multiple passengers.
• Outgoing and personable, with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Enjoys music and can contribute to a vibrant, enjoyable atmosphere.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to providing excellent service.
• Familiarity with Colorado Springs and local hotspots is a plus.

• Host Memorable Tours: Lead entertaining and engaging experiences on the Local Motive Party Bus, including trivia crawls, winery tours, and themed events.
• Keep the Party Flowing: Manage the tour schedule, ensuring stops are timely and seamless at bars, restaurants, and other venues.
• Engage with Guests: Interact with a variety of people, creating a fun, welcoming environment where everyone feels included.
• Promote Local Gems: Share your love of Colorado Springs by showcasing local businesses and attractions.
• Play the Hits: Build the energy with great music that gets everyone in the mood to celebrate.
• Spread the Word: Help promote The Local Motive and encourage guests to share their experiences.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
