Wedding Pricing
- $100/hour wait time – Need us to chill while you say “I do” or strike a pose? We’re happy to wait (and vibe quietly in the background).
- 🚫 No Mileage Fee for weddings in Colorado Springs – hometown perks!
- 💍 Getting hitched just outside the Springs? Up to 30 miles: Only a $200 mileage fee Up to 50 miles: Just $300 Mountain wedding? We’re so down – $500 flat mileage fee (hello, dreamy views)
- 💰 50% Deposit – Locks in your date and secures the party wagon. The other 50% is due one week before go time.
- 💃 20% Gratuity Included – Because our drivers bring the good energy and deserve the love!

Amanda and her team with Local Motive helped us with her wedding and the groom’s bachelor party. They were amazing with both events from start to finish! The bachelor party was amazing and the team helped to keep the pack on time and together. The wedding day was amazing as well. The bus arrived on time and then stayed at the wedding until we all loaded up to go back to our house. The driver was so so helpful the entire time and even helped us pack up! The staff with Local Motive are friendly and helpful every step of the way and truly enjoy what they do and that shows! It was convenient to text Amanda personally through the whole process in case I had questions or needed to clarify things for her. Everyone at The Local Motive was so accommodating, kind, fun and helpful on our wedding day! We needed transportation to Garden of the Gods for wedding photos and then back to the venue for the reception. The wedding party had a blast, I had a blast and my husband had a blast.
